EXPLANT
OF ORGANS OF NON-DONORS
The government ostracizes, persecutes and
discriminates against Non-donors
The ‘Lega Nazionale Contro la Predazione’ defends their rights
Italian national television, the press and official and secret health authorities were omnipresent in the organ donation day (week) organized by the government which funded the transplant associations and their so called volunteers: often transplant patients, those on the waiting lists and their families who deceive the ‘healthy’ in order to coerce them to become organ donors (after a false declaration of brain death in intensive care). The ‘Lega Nazionale Contro la Predazione di Organi e la Morte a Cuore Battente’ denounces the abundance of misinformation given by the Health Minister and the National Transplant Centre (CNT) and its regional offices, and acts in the defence of the public against the way the officials and the politicians controlled by the lobbies are throwing their weight about.
There is evident discrimination against
Non-donors (in contrast to art. 3 of the Italian
Constitution) whose rights are denied due to the non-issue of the
enforcement decree of article 5 of Law n° 91 - 1st April 1999.
Today Non-donors risk being explanted due to the illegal
liberalization of the various types of donor cards, which anyone in a
hospital can forge and put in a patient’s pocket. This would then result in the
loss of the family’s right to opposition (art. 23 of
law).
The 91/99 law does not recognize the right of either the Health Minister or the Director of the National Transplant Centre to modify the precise regulations of explant/transplant law which, moral judgement aside, are definite and binding. Therefore Rosy Bindi’s “temporary decree of 8 April 2000” is not legal, and Livia Turco’s “decree of 11 March 2008” which integrates the “temporary decree” (to illegally register one's will at the registry office) is doubly illegal. At the same time Nanni Costa, the director of the National Transplant Centre (CNT) has publicly repeated that the “temporary decree” equates to the “Enforcement decree” foreseen by law which is proof of their systematic deceit.
For these reasons, until the
enforcement decree concerning the statement of

taking the place of the government and is supplying on-line free
document against explants. All you need to
